We all know that an ATS is a blessing for every HR practitioner; it eases the hiring process with its user-friendly and efficient tools. Organizing information is crucially important for recruiters, or else they wouldn’t be able to keep up with the heavy workflow. Simple things like saving time, effort, and paper, can help recruiters stay on top of their game. Here are some great tools that you can enjoy using on Cavall:
This feature automates the process of inputting personal information about candidates. It can also notify users about any typing errors within the parsed fields. A candidate’s information such as: email, first name, last name, phone number and social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn will appear when you upload their CVs onto Cavall!
FORMS AND TEMPLATES
By using Cavall, you can now enjoy customizing forms and templates based on your own preferences. You can also customize Interview feedback forms where you can choose your satisfaction rate with Degrees, Training, or Duration in Job(s). These interview forms can also be customizable with any set of drop downs, text boxes, radio buttons, and check boxes. In addition, you can also customize the scoring mechanism and employment offers.
With this system you can allow employees, alumni, customers, vendors or even partners to refer a candidate via their social media or email connections. It allows you to share a link, send it to your network, or even create your own referral link for a certain vacancy. You also have the option of sending a direct referral link where the candidate enters his/her information to an ”Apply now” page. This way, Cavall will remember this user for the vacancy; where they will also receive an email once the link is generated. Cavall’s referral system allows users to refer qualified candidates to any open vacancy in a structured way, while being able to accurately track and reward your best channels.
For interviewing a candidate you can schedule the interview meeting on Cavall (using Google, Outlook or Yahoo), which can be viewed on the Google Calendar, including when, where and with whom the interview will be taking place. The potential candidate has the option to answer with “Yes”, “Maybe” or “No” to the invitation.
